Creamy Onion Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) canFrench-fried onions (I'm guessing at the can size but its the large one)
  • 16 ouncessour cream

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2 Make potatoes as directed by package. 3 Spray 13 x 9 casserole dish with cooking spray. 4 Mix in sour cream and half of the onions and spread into prepared casserole dish. 5 Sprinkle remaining onions on top. 6 Bake for 15 minutes.
