Creamy Potato Salad 2

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup(s) Miracle Whip Light dressing
  • 1 pound(s) red potatoes (4), cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup(s) light Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Boil potatoes in water for 15 minutes or just until tender & drain. Rinse potatoes with cold water until cooled & drain. Mix dressings & mustard in large bowl. Add potatoes, eggs & onions. Mix lightly & refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
