CREAMY POTATO SOUP 12

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 8 potatoes (large)
  • 1 quart(s) heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)

Peel and chop potatoes and onions to bite size. Boil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. If you prefer the soup to be thinner, add milk to desired consistency.
