CREAMY POTATO SOUP 2

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cup(s) half and half milk
  • 6 potatoes (medium)
  • ½ pound(s) velveeta
  • 1 cup(s) butter

Peel, slice and boil potatoes. Drain and reserve potato broth. Mash potatoes with butter and salt and pepper to taste. Add cubed Velveeta and stir until melted. Add milk. Add just enough of reserved broth to make soup the consistency you like. Delicious served with oyster crackers.
