  • 1 cup uncooked medium-grain rice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 sachet Mulling Spice Blend
  • 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
