Creamy Rose Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • ½ vanilla bean
  • Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup rose syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water
