Creamy Sauteed Mushrooms with Toast
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sweet Marsala
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 French-bread baguettes
- Olive oil
- ¾ cup fresh parsley
- 1 ½ cups shallots
- 1 ½ pounds button mushrooms
