Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 ½ pounds fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • ¾ cup sweet Marsala
  • 1 ½ cups shallots
  • 2 French-bread baguettes
  • Olive oil

    • ¾ cup fresh parsley
    • 1 ½ pounds button mushrooms
