CREAMY SCALLOPED POTATOES 4

Ingredients

  • ¼ pound(s) cubed American cheese
  • 5 cup(s) sliced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oleo
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • ½ teaspoon(s) paprika
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) onion salt
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt

Melt 2 Tbs oleo in large saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, onion salt, pepper and paprika. Gradually stir in milk. Add cheese. Stirring constantly. Cook over low heat until sauce boils and thickens. Add potatoes, heat and stir until boils again. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 until golden brown.
