  • 1 ½ cups shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 ½ cups 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup chopped onion

    • 2 ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
