Creamy Scalloped Potatoes (Crock Pot)

Ingredients

  • flour
  • 4 slice(s) white American cheese
  • 1 - 10-¾ ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced (small)

    • 2 pound(s) potatoes (6 medium) + ½ t. cream of tartar
