  • ¼ cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 pounds peeled baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 ¼ cups hot Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preheat oven to 350°. Place the potato slices and garlic cloves in a saucepan, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook 8 minutes or just until tender. Drain.
