  • 1 cup(s) sugar, plus ¼ cup dusting for top
  • 4 cup(s) mixed berries (ex: raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries)
  • ¼ cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 3 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise
  • 18 egg yolks (large)
