Creme Brulee French Toast Casserole


  • 1 loaf challah bread
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cup milk (I use 1%)
  • ¼ cup sugar, divided
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ tsp cinnamon
