Creme Brulee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Turbinado Sugar (aka Sugar In The Raw)
  • 2 cups Cold Heavy Cream
  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Split And Scraped (or 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract)
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 10 whole Egg Yolks
  • 1 pinch Fine Salt
