Crème Brûlée with Berries
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raspberry liqueur (optional)
- 2 tablespoons (packed) golden brown sugar
- 2 cups mixed berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries)
- ½ cup plus 6 teaspoons sugar
- 9 large egg yolks
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 1 ½ cups whipping cream
