  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 ½ ounces sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or 1 teaspoon flavoring
