  • 18 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Fudge Sauce
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Brown Sugar Pears
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Combine milk, flour, eggs, sugar and salt in blender. Blend until smooth, occasionally scraping down sides of blender, about 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter and blend 30 seconds.
