Crepes with Cider Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups hard cider
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, for brushing skillet
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
