Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce container mascarpone cheese
  • 18 Easy Crepes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 9 tablespoons strawberry preserves
  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • Fresh Strawberry Marmalade
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar

Stir first 3 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Cover mascarpone cream; chill. Stir strawberry preserves in heavy small saucepan over low heat until melted.
