Crêpes with Strawberries and Muscat-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup skim milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Confectioners’ sugar
  • 24 strawberries
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon Muscat dessert wine
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • ¼ teaspoon grated orange zest
