Crisp Dilled Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pint(s) vinegar
  • ¼ cup(s) salt
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 2 pound(s) snapped green beans
  • 4 head(s) dill (large heads)
  • 4 clove(s) chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper (cayenne)

Clean the beans. Bring to boil: red pepper, garlic, dill, water, salt and vinegar. Pour over beans. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.They become better the longer they sit.
