Crisp Dilled Beans
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 clove(s) chopped garlic
- 4 head(s) dill (large heads)
- 2 pound(s) snapped green beans
- 2 cup(s) water
- ¼ cup(s) salt
- 1 pint(s) vinegar
Clean the beans. Bring to boil: red pepper, garlic, dill, water, salt and vinegar. Pour over beans. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.They become better the longer they sit.
