Crisp Polenta Rounds with Fresh Figs, Raspberries, and Maple Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup dry polenta
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • Rosemary sprigs (optional)
