Crispy Kale Treats


  • sea salt
  • 3-6 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch of kale

Wash kale. Shake out excess water. In a large bowl, toss with oil and sea salt. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes, until crispy. Store in an air tight container.
