Crispy Oven Roasted Chickpeas


  • 2 15oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp ground paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp ground coriander
  • ¼ tsp coarse sea salt
