Crispy Quinoa with Kale


  • 1 bunch of kale, thick bottom part of the stem removed
  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 9 tablespoons of olive oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ - 1 cup of grated cheese
