CROCK POT MAC AND CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 bricks sharp cheddar cheese, grated (about five cups) (10 ounce bricks)
  • Dash of paprika
  • 8 ounce(s) elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 ½ cup(s) whole milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten) (large)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ stick(s) butter, melted (¼ cup stick)
    • 1 can(s) evaporated milk (12 ounce can)

In a large four quart crock-pot, sprayed with cooking spray, mix the macaroni, milks, eggs, butter, salt, pepper, and all but 1/2 cup of the grated cheese.
