Crockpot Lamb

Ingredients

  • 5 pound(s) boneless leg of lamb
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
