Crostini of d’Affinois and Drunken Figs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Sherry (stock item in my pantry- I buy Oloroso)
  • fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons Sauvignon Blanc
  • ½ lb wedge of d'Affinois cheese
  • 8 figs
  • olive oil
  • ½ a baguette or flat bread crackers
