Crostini with Blue Cheese, Honey and Walnuts


  • 3 T honey
  • 2/3 c ripe figs, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 c walnuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 6 oz creamy blue cheese or Cambazola
  • 24 baguette, diagonally sliced
  • 2 T olive oil
