  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 jalapeño chile
  • 18 1/2-inch-thick baguette slices
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup low-fat sour cream
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 large fresh poblano chiles
