  • 1 recipe basic pasta dough
  • 4 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. chopped marjoram
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup whole milk
    • ¼ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
