Crunchy Fried Green Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup matzo meal
- Kosher salt (optional)
- Vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
