Crunchy Wild Striped Bass


  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup whole-grain breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 4 (3- to 4-ounce) portions trimmed, deboned and skinned wild striped bass or other firm white fish

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, dust with flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
