Crustless Custard Pie 2

Ingredients

• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg or cinnamon
• 4 ½ tablespoon(s) flour
• 3 tablespoon(s) granulated sugar
• 1 pint(s) milk
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and spices. Add milk, mix well. Pour into a small pie pan (size of the old glass pie pans). Flour will settle to bottom during baking and form a crust while baking. Done when tester comes out clean.
