Crustless Egg Custard 2
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla flavoring
- 1 can(s) evaporated milk (large can)
- 3 teaspoon(s) flour
- coconut, if desired
- 1 cup(s) Sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
- 3 Eggs
Mix all ingredients, adding melted hot butter last to not cook eggs. Add coconut, if desired. Pour in a greased glass pie pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
