Crustless Egg Custard 2

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla flavoring
  • 1 can(s) evaporated milk (large can)
  • 3 teaspoon(s) flour
  • coconut, if desired
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 3 Eggs

Mix all ingredients, adding melted hot butter last to not cook eggs. Add coconut, if desired. Pour in a greased glass pie pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
