Crustless Egg Custard


  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup(s) self rising flour
  • 1 ¾ cup(s) milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 ½ cup(s) sugar

Beat eggs. Mix flour and sugar. Slowly add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Add butter. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
