Crustless Quiche with Red Peppers & Goat Cheese

  • Pinch cayenne
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 large or 2 medium red bell peppers (10 ounces total), cored, seeded, and cut into ¼-inch dice
  • 1-¼ cups whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Butter or oil for the pan
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt

    • 1 Tbs. olive oil
    • 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, lightly chopped
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • Kosher salt
