Crustless Spinach Pie II

Ingredients

• ¼ cup fat free cheddar cheese
• ½ medium onion, chopped
• 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
• ¾ cup egg whites
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 10 oz spinach, chopped
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 1 small red pepper, chopped

1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray. 3. Pour mixture into pie pan. 4. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 45-50 minutes.
