Cucumber and Yogurt Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped

    • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint

    • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted

    • 1 ½ cups plain nonfat yogurt
    • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill 1 hour.
