Cucumber-Honeydew Vodka
Ingredients
- 1 liter vodka
- ½ ripe honeydew melon—seeded
- ½ organic seedless cucumber
Combine the vodka with the honeydew in an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 days. Add the cucumber and refrigerate for 2 days longer. Strain the vodka, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
