Cucumber-Honeydew Vodka


  • ½ organic seedless cucumber
  • 1 liter vodka
  • ½ ripe honeydew melon—seeded

Combine the vodka with the honeydew in an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 days. Add the cucumber and refrigerate for 2 days longer. Strain the vodka, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
