Cucumber Ice Cubes
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers—peeled
- ¼ cup spinach leaves
- 1 4-inch tarragon sprig
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Press through a fine strainer to extract the liquid; freeze the extracted liquid in an ice cube tray.
