Cucumber Lemonade Gin Punch


  • 4 whole lemons, halved
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 large cucumber, trimmed and sliced into rounds on a mandoline
  • 24 ounces gin
  • Ice cubes

1. Juice the lemons and place the strained juice and the bodies into a large pot. Add the sugar to the pot and muddle with the lemon bodies and juice for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the lemon bodies, add the water and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
