Cucumber Raita


  • 2 cup(s) plain yogurt--low fat or whole milk
  • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh mint, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • large English cucumber, unpeeled, seeded, and chopped fine
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) paprika
