Cumberland Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 dash(s) cayenne pepper
- ½ cup(s) red currant jelly
- 1 tablespoon(s) grated orange zest (from one orange)
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/3 cup(s) fresh orange juice
- ½ cup(s) red wine (cabernet or merlot)
Pour jelly and grated orange rind in a bowl and beat well. Add remaining ingredients, stir until thoroughly blended.
