  • 1 box(es) Pectin (Ball, low sugar/no sugar)
  • 4 cup(s) Prepared Currant juice (4 quarts of currants)
  • ½ cup(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Butter (I cant believe its not butter)
  • 3 cup(s) Sugar (measured and set aside)

Wash currants, remove from stems and crush one layer at a time in a medium saucepan. Add currants and water and bring to a hard boil over high heat.
