Currant Jelly
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) water
- 1 teaspoon(s) Butter (I cant believe its not butter)
- 7 cup(s) Sugar (measured and set aside)
- 6 ½ cup(s) Prepared Juice (6 quarts of currants)
- 1 box(es) Pectin
Wash currants and remove stems, Crush one layer at a time. Combined currants and water in a large covered saucepan and bring to a hard boil over high heat.
