Curried Butternut Soup


  • 2 teaspoon(s) curry powder (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cup(s) to 3 cups, apple cider or apple juice
  • ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 4 large, sweet apples (peeled, cored, and chunked)
  • 5 pound(s) to 6 pounds, butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and chunked)
