Curried Lentils

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • ½ teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cup(s) lentils
  • 6 cup(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
