Curried Rice Salad with Melon, Raisins, and Peanuts


  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1/3 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 ½ teaspoons curry powder
    • 3 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
    • ¼ cup Major Grey's chutney
