  • 1 large egg
  • 10 ounces bittersweet (70% cocoa) chocolate
  • Lightly sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup honey
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 large egg yolks
    • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • ¼ cup pine nuts

Blend flour, powdered sugar, and salt in processor 5 seconds. Add butter, yolks, and egg. Blend until moist clumps form. Knead dough into ball and flatten into disk.
